Aims of the course:

This day is for managers and supervisors in any institution with ambitions to effectively grow their own workforce through by offering appropriate training at entry level to staff in all service departments.

Who should attend?

Managers and supervisors in any department who are or may be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of trainees and apprentices.

Ensuring that new staff and apprentices have a well thought out training plan supported by a knowledgeable manager or supervisor is a major investment of time and effort by any institution. • The role of the coach

About the trainer:
