HABC Level 3 Management of Food Allergies Awareness on Campus - 2-Day Course - Running from 21st - 22nd February 2018.

Why should your staff attend?

Since the introduction of the Food Information for Consumers Regulations in 2014, there has been a number of high profile cases where failure to manage ingredients and information for consumers have led to tragic outcomes. This course enables managers to ensure safe and clear practices in their kitchens and food outlets, including the legal, moral and economic consequences of poor practices.
