Aims of the course:
Middle to senior managers with responsibility for food safety and compliance in their businesses as well as staff training, communication with customers and staff.
This session will be facilitated by Fiona Horne of Bowthorne’s and Jacqui McPeake an independent consultant. Fiona had delivered a number of accredited training courses on food allergens and special diets for the TUCO Academy and is very familiar with the plethora of other accreditation schemes in the market place. Jacqui led the way with food allergen systems in her previous institution, MMU. Fiona and Jacqui has helped TUCO to develop the Code.
