Aims of the course:

Delegates will gain practical ideas on how to enhance the probability of colleagues dealing with change more successfully and:
• understand how our minds respond to change, new ideas and setbacks
• gain a perspective of where challenge and resistance in others is coming from
• look at practical approaches of how to manage and work with resistance

Who should attend:

Middle and senior managers, who are likely to be introducing new products, commissioning projects, restructuring or reorganising a team or reorganising responsibilities within a business.

About the trainer:

Stephanie Fairhurst is an associate of Chimp Management Ltd which specialises in the human mind, with an approach that is grounded in neuroscience.
