Aims of the course:

Delegates will gain practical ideas on how to enhance the probability of colleagues dealing with change more successfully and:
• understand how our minds respond to change, new ideas and setbacks
• gain a perspective of where challenge and resistance in others is coming from
• look at practical approaches of how to manage and work with resistance

Who should attend:

Middle and senior managers, who are likely to be introducing new products, commissioning projects, restructuring or reorganising a team or reorganising responsibilities within a business.

About the trainer:

Stephanie Fairhurst is an associate of Chimp Management Ltd which specialises in the human mind, with an approach that is grounded in neuroscience. They view the mind as a remarkable machine that represents our greatest asset and our biggest liability in life.  Through this metaphor, we work with how the mind operates in reality and not how most people think it works.
