The course will be based at LSBU and will include both classroom time in understanding the requirements of ‘making a business case’ for developments but also include an assessment of the hospitality offer at LSBU through some on site analysis of the offer and then working in groups to identify potential developments and the research and analysis that would be required to ‘make the case.’ Those on the course will then go back to their place of work, undertake a study to ‘make the case’ for a new product or product extension, write it up and upload it for assessment by LSBU Academic staff.
