Founded in 1956 and based in the heart of mid Devon, M.C. Kelly is a catering butcher and fine foods supplier.

We understand that our customers rely on us to consistently deliver the high-quality products and services they have come to expect from us. So, we work closely with a select range of local farmers and well-established producers to ensure we are only dealing with suppliers whom we trust and who consistently supply the best product at the right price.
We rear our own Elston Farm turkeys, in open sunlight barns within an 11-mile radius of our Farm in Copplestone. We have six separate FSA licensed areas: dry-aging meat chiller, red meat cutting, white meat cutting, sausage making, burger making and large and small game plucking. This enables us to produce all these meats with hygienic separation whilst offering a one stop food solution. In turn, this shortens the supply chain, whilst our customers can be assured they are buying from a producer which farms (or at least produces) the majority of meat sold. Our fresh bespoke production enables us to meet the most specific of customer requirements with maximum freshness.
Our green credentials are exceptional: we produce over a third of our own electricity, recycle everything other than polythene, and shorten supply chains and food miles at every available opportunity. We are a small rural company employing staff from nearby villages where jobs are few and far between.
