We understand that our customers rely on us to consistently deliver the high quality products and services. We work closely with a select range of local farmers and well established producers to ensure we are only dealing with suppliers who we trust and who consistently supply the best product at the right price.
We rear our own Elston Farm turkeys, in open sunlight barns within 11 miles of our farm. We have six separate FSA licensed areas: red meat cutting, white meat cutting, sausage and burger making, venison and small game processing, and turkey slaughter. This enables us to produce all these meats with hygienic separation whilst offering a one stop food solution. In turn this shortens the supply chain whilst our customers can be assured they are buying from a supplier which farms or at least produces the majority of its meat. Our fresh bespoke production enables us to meet the most specific of customer requirements with the maximum freshness.
Our green credentials are exceptional; we produce over a third of the electricity we use, recycle everything other than polythene and shorten supply chains and food miles at every available opportunity. We are a small rural company employing staff from nearby villages where jobs are scarce.
