This is a highly interactive day for middle and senior managers who are keen to have an in depth exploration of the various business models being used in TUCO member Universities for delivering their hospitality businesses. The day will be based on the research commissioned by TUCO in 2016 from the Litmus Partnership. The day will take place at the University of Nottingham which is one of the institutions which participated in the research.

Who should attend?

Senior managers with responsibility for developing strategic plans for their Universities and middle managers who feel that they would like to know more about possible business models.

Aims of the day:

Participants will be able to understand what business models are being used in Universities, how they differ from each other, the governance and compliance requirements of each different model and how Universities have used them to tackle various demands for service from their University.

The Litmus Partnership is a well established consultancy in the foodservice and hospitality sector.  Tim Cookson and Nigel Forbes have a vast range of personal experience in both advising others and successfully running their own businesses.
