Holdsworth deliver a wide range of frozen, chilled and ambient goods to the catering industry. We are a family
owned company, and over the past 45 years have grown to become one of the most respected food service
distributors in the UK due to our commitment to offer customers a competitive package with the best quality,
value for money products and excellent service.
We operate out of 9 depots in Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Staffordshire, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire, Worcestershire,Powys and Essex. Our service is second to none, with a seven day a week operation. Deliveries are made in multi temperature controlled vehicles so frozen, chilled & ambient goods will arrive on one delivery, saving our customers time and therefore money.
We stock around 5000 lines but are constantly looking for new & innovative products to add to our range and
provided customers are able to purchase minimum order quantities we are happy to source bespoke products on their behalf. We work in partnership with our customers to develop their menus and because we continually seek new and innovative food we can offer a comprehensive range from basic to the most sophisticated of products.
The profits from the company have always been used to increase competitiveness by improving the business.
This has meant re-investment in the company either by acquiring new depots, buying new vehicles or improving existing premises.
We have also acquired new businesses in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire & Essex. These include specialist catering
butchers which will greatly increase the range and diversity of products that we currently offer.
We hope that these new additions will increase our supply to our existing customers and also to new markets.
