The contract for Innovative Food Concepts has been awarded to 14 Suppliers. Choose from..

  • Hot hand held grab and go street food products to suit every taste and beat the queues  - paninis, wraps, kebabs, flatbreads, shawama, gourmet hot dogs, nachos, pizza, pasta, rice, noodles, authentic pan asian noodles and curries.
  • High quality pies and mash, onions, peas and gravy.
  • Authentic Street Food sauces to create your own curries, stir fry, wraps, BBQ foods and finger foods
  • Coffee Shop Concept to include waffles, sundaes, ice cream / frozen yoghurt, doughnuts, cookies, muffins, popcorn, smoothies and shakes.
  • App controlled Coffee Machine or Coffee Shop (self serve or host serves) including mobile payment.


Equipment, brand support, marketing and training are all available.
