Entries open for the 2020 TUCO Competitions on the 1st January.
The 2020 Competitions feature three brand new challenges as well as many of the favourite challenges returning:

- Barista Skills Challenge

- Salon Culinaire
- NEW: Innovative Breakfast Challenge
- Photography Challenge
- Chefs' Challenge
- Cook & Serve Challenge
Last year we introduced a new entry fee of just £275 for the whole institution – so no matter how many categories you enter, and how many of your team compete, just one fee of £275 for your institution is charged. This fee includes two night’s accommodation with breakfast and dinner for each competitor too! The Salon Culinaire remains free of charge to enter and includes day attendance for every participant.
