TUCO members who are interested in a variety of creative enterprises and resources from our suppliers.
Why should I take part?
This day intends to showcase interesting or new products and processes from across the catering and retail industry with the intention you'll be able to incorporate products in time for students returning in the new academic year.
How will it help me?
During this online Innovation Forum, you will…
- View new products
- Hear about new production processes
- Be able to ask suppliers and subject matter experts questions prior to and on the day at the event
This is an online session with a limited number of places available. The final agenda is still being confirmed but we have had so much that suppliers would like to show, so it will be taking place between 8am and 6pm on the 30th of June. Registration is essential and is now open, you will receive calendar invites to all the presentations nearer the date.
Don’t worry about missing anything – sessions will be recorded and you’ll be able to revisit them after they’ve finished, in the previous events section, here in the Academy Events page.

Field and Forest Foods
Freat tasting and innovative plant based products which can be enjoyed by everyone – whether they are vegan or not. Because they are soya free (and in some cases gluten free) and because one of the main component ingredients is mushroom based, they very much tick the sustainability box. When you then factor in that this main ingredient is actually a by-product of mushrooms and which might ordinarily not get used, then this further enhances our sustainability credentials.
