A recent rebrand to Tiffin Sandwich’s packaging was not as well received by some TUCO members and their students as first expected. The University of Nottingham was one of the first members to provide constructive feedback to Tiffin Sandwiches which resulted in a collaboration to improve the aesthetics of packaging.

The new sandwich packaging has now undergone a significant enhancement with vibrant, eye-catching colours designed to stand out on the shelf. This new look not only captures attention but also elevates the visual appeal, giving Tiffin Sandwiches products the premium presentation they deserve.

An example of the improvement:

Nicola Penn, Head of Business Performance at The University of Nottingham commented “We were really impressed with the way Tiffin responded to our feedback on the initial changes, and that they acted so quickly to deal with our concerns and made significant changes off the back of it”.

Li Davies, Category Manager for the Sandwiches Framework at TUCO said: “I am delighted to witness the strong collaboration and partnership between our member and supplier. Thank you to both team University of Nottingham and team Tiffin!”.

Tiffin Sandwiches commented “at Tiffin we listen to our customers and value all feedback we receive. We are proud to have these relationships with TUCO members, and the opportunity to change things if needed to help our customers.”
