The TUCO framework agreement for confectionery, snacks, soft drinks, cakes and ancillary products is due to expire on 15 November 2019. In response to member feedback provided through the regional meetings and an online survey, we will not be re-tendering this agreement in it’s current format, but creating a new agreement to cover ‘Retail’.
The new agreement aims to not only cover elements of the current confectionery agreement, but also encompass a much wider remit to meet the requirements of members currently operating retail, café and convenience outlets.
We aim for the new agreement to be live and ready to access in early 2020, so in order to cover the crossover period of the current framework ending and new retail agreement commencing, please extend your supplier agreements by 6 months.
