The 2024 Conference will be hosted by Charlotte Hawkins; you will have seen Charlotte as an anchor host of ITV’s breakfast show, Good Morning Britain.

Prof Peter CoxKeynote speakers on Day 1 will include Professor Peter Cox from the University of Exeter, who has inspired the Conference theme of Tipping Point. Professor Cox will explore the topic of climate change and discuss how as businesses, we are reaching the tipping point. 

We are also delighted to welcome back Dr Morgaine Gaye, Dr Gayewho spoke at Conference back in 2015 at Imperial College London. 

Dr Gaye is a Food Futurologist who looks at food and eating from a social, cultural, economic, trend, branding and geo-political perspective. Her keynote speech is titled Future Aspirations & Consumer Landscapes 2030 and will demonstrate disruptive moments which we can expect to develop in the coming years.

Day 1 will close with sessions from Erin Ling, Lecturer in Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Work, Surrey Institute for People-Centred AI who will be talking Putting People at the Heart of AI, and Andi Jarvis, Founder - Eximo Marketing to discuss the bad marketing decisions people make, why they make them and how you can use this to make better marketing decisions. 

Jez RoseDay 2 will kick off with British Behaviour Insight Advisor, Jez Rose - the #1 bestselling author of Flip the Switch. His celebrated TEDx talks, television work, and weekly YouTube content have garnered more than 20 million views. This exciting session will delve into applying behavioural psychology to improve leadership, maximise engagement and enhance culture.

Other speakers for Day 2 will include Kris Hall, Burnt Chef Project, on The Key to Productivity & Retention, and Olajide Alabi, Co-creator - SISU, Brave, Honest, Curious: A Blueprint for Cultivating Inclusive Excellence.

Former Royal Marine Commando and Special Forces Sergeant Jason Fox - co-lead of Channel 4's award-winning show 'SAS: Who Dares Wins' - will close down the Conference with a not-to-be-missed session on Building Mental Resilience.

  • By rail, the nearest station is Exeter St Davids, a 10-minute walk to campus.  There will be a shuttle bus running just for TUCO guests on Monday from 1100 to 1500.  This will pick up directly outside the station and run on a 15-minute loop.  In addition, taxis are often waiting at the station, a local firm we have found reliable if there are no waiting taxis is Apple Taxis on 01392 66 66 66
