The University are looking for an experienced, driven and passionate leader as Head of Estate Business Services who will provide strategic direction for the Accommodation, Catering and Sport service area and focus is on income generation and best practice customer service. The estate is complex and spread across multiple sites with numerous buildings of varying natures and ages across all University South Wales Campuses (Inclusive of; Pontypridd, Newport and Cardiff). The post holder will assist the Director in ensuring a cross-departmental partnering approach to team management to ensure all sections are engaged, valued and empowered to deliver.
The individual will lead and manage a team of commercial and customer service focused professionals to deliver sustainable, appropriate quality services that the University and its students need, in accordance with agreed budgets
