With a vision to provide fresh and quality produce, Wayne expanded operations to New Spitalfields Market in 1993. Today, we are a reputable supplier of Fresh Produce, Prepared Produce, Dairy, Bakery, Dry Goods, Deli, and Specialty Chefs Ingredients, continuously innovating to meet our customer's needs.
Our commitment to quality is mirrored in our BRC accredited facilities at New Spitalfields Market, known for its sustainable practices including zero landfill waste and renewable energy initiatives. Our sustainable ethos is underscored by our memberships with LEAF Marque and Red Tractor. Our longstanding partnerships with growers locally and globally ensure a consistent supply of fresh produce.

Operating six days a week, our FORS accredited, refrigerated vehicles ensure timely deliveries to a diverse clientele including schools, hospitals, restaurants, café’s and contract caterers across London, Essex, the South East, and South Coast.

Therefore we do not hold a current BRCGS (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards) Food Safety Certificate for this supplier. Our auditors Micron 2 will notify TUCO as soon as the site audit has been completed and a new certificate is issued.
