Overview
Initially called H&H Refrigeration, after its formation in 1965 by the two Hurley brothers, the core of our business in the early years was providing local hospitality outlets and councils with refrigeration service. Although our strongest areas are the North of England, due to the growth of many of these local clients’ businesses over the years, the Acme Facilities Group have also expanded to cover the whole of the UK.
As we approach the quarter mark of our way through the 21st century 2023, as they have been for many years now, we continue to be a business that offers people from local communities the opportunity of a safe, healthy and well-paid career for life, where they can become an in essential cog in our areas of expertise. i.e., providing materials, installations and repairs, along with full service and maintenance contract within all aspects of Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Cold-rooms, Commercial Catering and Kitchens.
Acme are a company and group of people, who’s ultimate goal is to continually improve, providing a service that achieves and exceeds SLA’s. Whilst being able to adhere to the methods of working stated and provide the contract with highly skilled, qualified and experienced engineers who take pride in extending equipment life by keeping it working at its optimum.
