Bean Coffee stands as an integral part of Northwest’s coffee community. Our legacy dates back to 2008, establishing us as one of the city's oldest independent coffee companies, we opened our first store within the historic Brunswick Dock, a location that continues to be the heart of our operations to this day.
Our story didn't stop there. We expanded into the bustling business district and beyond, making a mark in Greater Manchester. In 2015, we took a significant step by establishing our own roastery at Brunswick Dock, echoing our commitment to providing our customers with the best coffee, and upholding our local ties.
We center our attention on coffee, community, and sustainability, ensuring that our customers relish the finest coffee and enjoy exceptional moments during their visits to any of our 19 stores. We also collaborate with clients and landlords, going above and beyond to surpass their expectations through our placemaking initiatives and engaging events.
What distinguishes us is our meticulous approach to selecting and roasting specialty coffees. Our house blend, Bean Blend, is recognized with a 2 star Great Taste award, is a testament to our dedication on sourcing the best beans, plus a rotating offer of award winning single origin coffees. As well as our coffees winning awards, we also won Best Coffee Roaster in the north of England in 2022, as well as being nominated for the Best Independent Business at the City of Liverpool Business Awards in 2022. These acknowledgments reflect the strong community we've fostered and the care that goes into every cup.
In addition to roasting and brewing in our own stores, we foster thriving wholesale relationships, collaborating closely with likeminded businesses to provide them with coffee and other ancillaries.
