The founders had previously owned and run retail outlets and businesses in Bristol. This provided them with necessary sales, logistics, and finance knowledge / practical experience.

The four directors of C&J comprise of two sets of brothers, each specialising in a particular area of the business: Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development. Being a family business we operate according to our values and adopt fair, sustainable, and inclusive approaches across our business and supply chain partnerships to support wider benefits as part of the contracts that we deliver.
Customer-focused and flexible
Our highly skilled and experienced Delivery, Customer Service, Account Management, Sales, Finance, and Management teams, are passionate about the individual functions that they support, working in true partnership with customers to deliver high levels of service and going above and beyond. We go the extra mile for our customers. We accept next day orders up to 5.30 pm of the preceding day and utilise innovative stock management tools to gain seasonal / sales trend insights to support proactive stock management. We operate a FREE delivery service with no minimum order.
