Well established family run based in Bristol providing vending machines and associated services to a wide variety of customers including the NHS, Police, local government, distribution depots, schools and leisure centres.
We tailor our offering to meet the needs of our customers, working with them to ensure they get the machines and products they want. As a fully independent operator we stock a wide variety of popular branded products, including a rapidly increasing range of healthier options, and we are constantly striving to improve our product range further to meet the changing demands of the consumer.
Our machines include snacks, cold drinks, hot beverage, chilled fresh food, coffee towers, tabletop coffee machines and water coolers, with the majority of our vending machines now being fitted with contactless payment readers as standard.
Customers can choose from our fully managed clean and fill service, rental and self-fill, or outright purchase, all of which come with comprehensive maintenance and service packages. For larger sites we are able to offer an exciting new Micromarket which provides an extensive range of food and drink in an attractive, self- serve environment.
We employ all our own staff which means that we can provide a personal service to our customers and build positive and proactive relationships. We personally answer all calls 24/7/365 irrespective of the time and in the event of machine malfunction our engineer is on site within 6 hours.
Our unique ‘no quibble’ refund policy minimises user dissatisfaction which in turn eliminates pressure on front line staff such as receptionists.
