For the customer
We have developed a portfolio of machines that have been specifically designed to improve the customer experience by making them more engaging and informative than anything else in the market today. Users can multi-select items, check nutritional information, filter based on dietary preferences and pay using contactless cards or via our Vend.Link mobile ordering platform. We also have a dedicated customer service line to handle any issues that may arise. And because we can control our machines remotely, we’re able to fix 95% of common vending issues right there and then.
We also provide the best snacks, drinks, coffee and everyday essentials products from leading brands around the world. Whether it’s health-orientated products or the more well-known classics, we ensure the perfect product mix for every community we serve.

With two different servicing options - fully managed and self-stock - we have a flexible approach to the way we operate, allowing clients to choose what works best for them.
Our machines are incredibly robust and handle large footfall environments. With our dedicated account management, customer service line, full maintenance support and remote-controlled fixing, we’re also able to minimise workload for estate and facilities teams.
We recognise the importance of keeping stock levels maintained, which is why we created our own market-leading stock management platform that feeds back real-time data to ensure each machine is always optimally maintained. And furthermore, we provide quarterly data reports so clients can see exactly what’s being sold, where and when.
Our machines have been sustainably designed, ensuring energy efficiency wherever possible.
We’ve also implemented a pioneering advertising platform into our machines, enabling lucrative advertising revenue that we provide and a digital messaging board for client’s own communications.
