We provide our customers with industry-leading coffee solutions, supported by the UK’s largest after-sales service and maintenance support structure.
Our Total Coffee Solution includes Private Label, coffee brands roasted in the UK, in-house Private Label, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto compatible capsule capabilities and a range of side products. Added value can be found in our COFFEEWORKS training, marketing insight and category management. We have exclusive partnerships with the world’s most innovative equipment manufacturers including Thermoplan, Nuova Simonelli and Bunn.
We operate across three channels in the UK and Ireland, partnering with some of the UK’s most dynamic businesses. Our Out of Home national customers include Starbucks, McDonald’s and Greggs as well as smaller groups such as Hotel Chocolat and Krispy Kreme. Independent customers include fine dining restaurants such as Roux at Skindles. We provide retail Private Label coffee and café services to grocery multiples including Tesco and Waitrose.
We are a truly national business with sales turnover exceeding £100m (+15% YOY). We have a dedicated team, interfacing with customers and coffee machines daily. We know that every operator is unique, so we specialise in tailoring our solutions to meet specific needs based on actionable insight. We add value to our customers in many ways to keep them ahead of the competition and more importantly the market. Sustainability is at the core of what we do. Our Dartford roastery is a zero to landfill site and was recently awarded a BRC AA rating.
