For Urban Grocer, fruit & veg has always been in our blood.
We are a family run business whose roots in the industry began way back in 1946, when our family started its journey into wholesaling fresh fruit and vegetables in Scotland.
Through generations of experience as well as many changes in our industry we have striven to develop the products and services we offer to our customers, so in 2013 Urban Grocer was conceived as our way of supplying fresh food directly to our customers, allowing us to grow into the modern food service company we proudly run today.
Fresh produce is our passion; we take great satisfaction in providing our customers with the best produce in season!
Of course we are known for providing local fresh produce, though these days Urban Grocer is a modern food service supplier, sourcing a huge choice of products and delivering to our diverse range of customers!
