Competitors will have 45 minutes to produce two portions of a vegan dish.
Produce a plated vegan dish that will appeal to vegans, vegetarians & meat eaters alike.
All ingredients must be supplied by the competitor
Competition duration: 45-minutes
The competition is open to all levels and is an opportunity to demonstrate team work, skills and talent.
An audience will be able to watch as our eight kitchen stations cook the food in front of them.
Equipment provided in the kitchens include;
- induction hob and oven
- electric salamander grill
- preparation tables
As this is a live competition there will be spectators and you will be filmed with your work being shown on the main screens.
A full information pack will be sent to all competitors once we have announced the finalists.
Our judges will offer written feedback to all entrants.
